_Donald Fox has been a certified paralegal for more than 20 years specializing in personal injury cases and general litigation. He’s a graduate of the American Institute for Paralegal Studies where he obtained his certification, has an associates degree in general studies and, he has extensive knowledge not only in litigation, but also in bankruptcy law, condominium law, employment law and estates and trust.

Mr. Fox employment history includes ten (10) years active duty in the U.S. Coast Guard, four (4) years with the Law Firm of Horn, Kaplan, Goldberg, Gorney & Daniels, Sixteen (16) years with the Law Firm of Andrew L. Miller, and three (3) years with the Law Office of Richard Press. Mr. Fox is a proud member of PHI THETA KAPPA and he’s looking forward to not only enhancing his scholastic endeavors, but also growing in legal background. Donald is now back with Andrew Miller and feels he is home.

Client Representation Policy


It is the offices desire and intent to afford all of our clients with conscientious, faithful and diligent service, seeking at all times to achieve solutions that are just and reasonable. Andrew believes that the practice has been built upon and grown due to the office's goal of getting results for the clients. Over 60% of the offices new cases each year have originated from repeat client business and referrals from other attorneys. We are proud of the trust both our clients and the legal community have in the services we provide. 

Fee Policy






Fees will be determined at the time of service, and a written fee agreement will be provided to all clients upon their retaining the office. Costs will appear on a periodic bill as incurred. Some cases are billed on an hourly rate, some on a flat fee basis, and some on a contingency fee basis. Each case is unique and it is Andrew's policy to structure fees on a case by case basis taking into consideration the client and the case in determining a fair fee for both the client and the law office.

Free Consultation






The office provides a free consultation for all matters so Andrew can evaluate the issues and determine representation, fees and any other pertinent issues. We have found that regardless of whether the office's services are retained, after the free consultation, each client leaves the office knowing much more than when they came in. You merely have to contact the office to arrange an appointment to meet with Andrew to discuss your matter at no charge.
